JOIN THE WAITLIST FOR 

UBERSOCA CRUISE 2024

1. Minimum Registration: To Join the Waitlist the Primary (the person who creates and controls the reservation) must leave deposits of US$250 for each guest in the reservation (min 2 people, max. 6)
2. Booking Priority: Bookings for Ubersoca Cruise 2024 will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 
3. Notification regarding Availability: Upon cabin space becoming available, Waitlist Members will be notified via phone/email (to the address provided) and will be required to respond within 24 hours of receiving the notification to confirm their interest and complete the booking process. Failure to respond within the stipulated timeframe will result in the move to the next member on the Waitlist. Ubersoca Cruise accepts no responsibility for missed opportunities due to delayed responses.
4. Waitlist members will be contacted in the order in which they joined the Waitlist as availability becomes open.
5. Automatic Roll-over to Ubersoca Cruise 2025: In the event that no availability becomes open for Ubersoca Cruise 2024, the funds submitted by Waitlist members will automatically be transferred to secure a spot for Ubersoca Cruise 2025.
6. Waitlist members will have the option to decline and request a FULL REFUND.
7. Refund Policy: If no availability becomes open for Ubersoca Cruise 2024 and the Waitlist member chooses not to roll over their funds to Ubersoca Cruise 2025, a full refund will be issued. Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
8. Communication: Waitlist members are responsible for keeping their contact information up-to-date with Ubersoca Cruise to ensure timely communication. To ensure members receive timely notifications regarding cabin availability please ensure to add teamusc@ubersocacruise.com to your Safe Senders List.
9. Changes and Amendments: Ubersoca Cruise reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes or amendments will be communicated to Waitlist members via email.
10. These terms and conditions shall be subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions which can be found on our website.
